What Are Flip-Cards?
Most training programs leave participants with binders full of useful information. Unfortunately, these binders usually end up getting shelved, never to be opened or used again.
Instead, we give each of our learning participants a customized, laminated deck of cards attached by a key-ring. The cards provide detailed descriptions of the concepts and tools/techniques for the subject matter.
The small size, in-depth content and ease-of-use of these decks allow your staff to get the most out of their skill development. It helps them continue to apply the tools to their real work.
