• Each of us has the ability to be creative and innovative. The main issue here is not "Am I innovative?" but "How do I prefer to innovate?"

• As individuals we may have equal potential for being innovative, yet use our own unique blend of four different styles.

Therefore, this questionnaire does not measure "level" of creativity. Rather, it shows your approach or strategy for innovative thinking.
