- Defining culture versus climate, and why it's essential to focus on climate
- The elements and key indicators of a good climate for innovation
- Identifying enablers and obstacles to innovation in their climate
- Integrating Innovation Styles team maps into climate assessment and management
- Creating conditions that allow for both incremental and breakthrough change
- Activities for developing skills and behaviors that contribute to a climate for innovation
- Individual and team action planning
