• Foster the behaviors and conditions that support and drive innovation
• Leverage their Innovation Styles Profiles to enable a better climate for innovation
• Improve their skills around:
  • Stimulating creative contribution
  • Keeping ideas in motion
  • Saying “No” to an idea while saying “Yes” to the creativity behind an idea
  • Turning creative conflict into creative abrasion

• Reviewing and discussing the definition of innovation and what it means to the enterprise, to the team and to individual participants
• Defining culture versus climate, and why it's essential to focus on climate
• The elements and key indicators of a good climate for innovation
• Identifying enablers and obstacles to innovation in their climate
• Integrating Innovation Styles team maps into climate assessment and management
• Creating conditions that allow for both incremental and breakthrough change
• Activities for developing skills and behaviors that contribute to a climate for innovation
• Individual and team action planning
